LOKAL Rooms are available in all the major cities including Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad; however, we will be launching in other cities soon

Which Type of rooms are available? And what are the prices?
We have a range of Executive Rooms available in twin and double-bed configuration. You can choose a room suiting your needs, starting from as low as 5,000 PKR* per night

Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?
Currently, this is not included in the set of services provided by us. We would officially announce this whenever we launch something for those with disabilities. Unfortunately we don't have any properties which offer customized services for those with disabilities. We are working hard to add such properties to our panel. However, in Karachi we have ground floor Rooms which are accessible through ramp

Airport transfers available on reservations?
Currently LOKAL Rooms do not provide Airport Shuttle service, however, special arrangements can be made upon request (subject to location)

How to avail extra services (Laundry/breakfast)? Would I be charged extra?
Breakfast is complimentary for all booked guests, however, all other services would be accessible for an additional amount

Will there be any discount if I book multiple Rooms in one transaction?
We do not offer discounts on the number of Rooms booked, however you can avail our exclusive offer of 10% discount by paying online at the time of booking for specific cities

What is the policy on theft, damaged goods?
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. LOKAL, its employees and hotel employees will NOT be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal valuables and belongings of customers

What are the various payment modes available while booking via LOKAL website?
After making a reservation for any of our hotels, you can pay online directly from lokal.pk or IBFT or pay at the property (for specific properties only) at the time of check-in. You can get exclusive 10% discount (on the booking of specific properties) if you opt to pay online or through IBFT

Bookings made on lokal.pk or through LOKAL helpline, can be modified through either of the following ways:

How do I re-confirm my booking?
You will receive a confirmation email upon successfully booking a room and you may login on lokal.pk on our exclusive Travel Dashboard to review your bookings. However, for some of our LOKAL Rooms, advance payment is required to confirm booking

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/message. If you do not receive a confirmation email/ message, please check your booking status through our exclusive Travel Dashboard or contact us at +92-311-1156525

I made a payment but my booking was not successful?
If the booking amount is received by LOKAL, you will be provided with a booking confirmation communication. If the booking confirmation has not been received but your card has been charged, please contact us on +92311-11156526 or communicate to us via WhatsApp,web chat, Facebook or Instagram

Can I book two Rooms of different categories?
All of our Rooms fall in the same category. However, we do offer different bed configurations at all our facilities that you can select at the time of booking

Can the reservation be made for a group?
You can book multiple rooms by using any of our booking channels

Are pets permitted to the hotel room?
Pets are not allowed in LOKAL Rooms

Is parking available at the hotel?
Parking is available at owners' risk at all hotels

Extra mattress option is available at an additional charge

Are couples allowed in LOKAL Rooms?
As per the law of Pakistan, only married couples are allowed in LOKAL Rooms

How do I request for an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early Check-in is available for all our guests, however, can only be confirmed a day before the booking depending on the availability of rooms
Late Check out is also available for all our guests, however can only be confirmed on the day of Check Out depending on the availability of rooms

How do I locate my hotel for my upcoming booking?
Directions and contact details of your upcoming booking can be found in the booking confirmation E-mail that you received on the provided E-mail address. Alternatively, directions can be found on the booking information page of our website www.lokal.pk. Sign in on lokal.pk to be able to access, edit and review all your bookings by using our exclusive Travel Dashboard

What are the valid ID/ passport proofs to carry?
Booking confirmation E-mail/ (with Booking ID) and a valid CNIC/Passport is required for all the guests

Can I check-in on a booking under a different name with a valid booking confirmation?
Presence of the primary guest with valid booking details and valid ID cards/passport for all guests is mandatory at the time of Check-In

What if I don't like my hotel room?
Rooms changes are dependent on availability. However, if there is a fault in your room, LOKAL takes responsibility to satisfy your needs right away

Am I allowed to have guests in my LOKAL Rooms?
Up to 2 Adults + One 12 year Child are allowed in all LOKAL Rooms. For guests more than 2 adults,

What breakfast will the hotel serve for my upcoming booking?

What is the booking cancellation policy?
We would love to host you but in case your plan changes, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and All bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation

How can I get my invoice for my booking?
For payments made through LOKAL website or at the hotel, you will receive the invoice via email after the check-out. You can also access your invoice through your customer profile by logging on to lokal.pk and accessing your bookings via our exclusive Travel Dashboard.

How do I confirm if my payment is received or not?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from LOKAL. You can also access your customer profile through lokal.pk to get access of all the information regarding your bookings

Will my card be charged in case I do not show up at the hotel?
To offer hassle free payments and convenience to guests, card details entered while at the time of booking will be charged automatically for a non-refundable booking. We do not charge a card without prior consent. In case you have opted to pay online at the time of booking, your card will be charged.
As per our policy, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount on showing up;
If booking is cancelled before 48 hours of due check-in time, the charged amount will be refunded completely,
However, 10% and 20% deductions would be made if you choose to cancel between 24 to 48 hours and less than 24 hours respectively. -
What happens if I do not cancel my booking and do not check-in at the hotel?
In case of change in plan, we request guests to have the booking cancelled in advance. Please refer to the support section 'How do I cancel my booking?'.
All bookings are non-refundable. Customers to pay the complete amount within 24 hours of making the booking. Incase of non-payment, bookings may be cancelled
