Guests may pay online via lokal.pk, through IBFT, or at the property (subject to hotel policy). Online and IBFT payments may qualify for an exclusive 10% discount on selected properties.

Yes. Once payment is successfully processed, your booking is automatically confirmed and communicated via email or message.

How can I modify or cancel my booking?
Bookings made through lokal.pk or the LOKAL helpline can be modified or cancelled by logging into your account or by calling +92-311-1156525. Bookings made via third-party platforms must be managed directly through the respective OTA.

All bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, as per booking terms.

Guests must present a valid CNIC or Passport at check-in. The primary guest must also be present.

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear. LOKAL and hotel staff are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
